Having sign-in issues? Try one of these quick fixes:
 

  1. Clear your browser cache. This will fix 90% of log-in problems!
    • Click on the three dots or three horizontal lines in the upper right-hand corner of your browser. 
    • Click “Settings” in the drop down. 
    • Click on “Privacy & Security” or “Privacy & Search” or similar. 
    • Click “Clear browsing data” or “Clear browsing data.”
    • Clear your browsing data. Please note that this will clear your search history, etc. but it will not clear saved passwords, etc. 
    • Exit your browser, and then pull it back up. 
    • Sign in.
